The area is mainly very quiet, with only some distant road noise to break the silence or occasionally interrupt the calls of the loons. The proximity (~10min walk on gravel backroads) to Kezar Lake was another highlight. The canoeing was great, and bowling in the vintage alley in the clubhouse was also a delightful surprise. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms have queen-size beds and share a bathroom. Additionally there is a small bedroom connected to the master bedroom that features twin trundle beds, creating an ideal space for two children. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and offer ample storage space.

Guests are able to access all areas of the home, with the exception of the owners closets. Washer and dryer are located in the basement. Guests will also have access to all of Westways Amenities including shared access to many amenities including a clay tennis court, softball field, vintage rec room (with bowling, ping pong and pool), beautiful common grounds with shared beaches, docks, and playground.

- Cell phone reception is limited in the area. The home is equipped with high speed internet and WiFi calling.
- Camera located on the wood shed in front of the entrance door. Automatically records when movement is detected.
- Indoor woodstove, wood pile, basement freezer, and tools are for owner's use only
- Small campfires are allowed in the common area firepit near the flagpole at the beach (see map)
- Ski boots and equipment can be store on the porch
- The home is equipped with a generator. If power is lost, the generator will turn on, however you will not have Wifi or internet service. Refunds are not provided for weather-related events such as storms or power outages. Basement exit door is for emergency use only.
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
* No parties or events, smoking, or illegal substances allowed on the premises.
* No unregistered guests please.
* Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm.
* For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from burning candles in the home.
* During the winter months, the driveway will be plowed for you. Please help keep the deck clear of snow and ice. Shovels and sand are provided for all guests to use as needed. Please move vehicle when necessary for the driveway to be plowed. Please note, refunds are not provided for weather-related events such as storms or power outages.
*Guests are required to sign ExcapeAway’s Rental Agreement prior to check-in. Failure to sign this contract prior to check-in will be proof of the guests acknowledgment of the contract and proof of the guests full consent to the terms presented in the contract.
*Dogs are allowed for a certain fee, but should be communicated to us prior to arrival. Dogs should be leashed and not left unattended in the home unless they can remain quiet in a pet carrier. Do let us know how many of your beloved pups should we expect to arrive as well. Limit 2 dogs. No cats, please.
