This house does not have AC but has several fans on site.

Other details to note
- House has 3 portable ACs on the upper level only; multiple fans through the upper level and basement.

- Backyard is minimal, only patio and picnic table, no BBQ and restricted to 9AM to 9PM use only per City of Portland rule

- Landscaper is scheduled to work on the yard on Tuesdays between 11AM to 5PM. Please be aware taht someone will be in the yard working at the scheduled date and time range.

- Wood-burning fireplace currently not usable.

- Access to both main level (with stairs), and basement level (no stairs).

- Driveway and free street parking (with where-to-park rules).

- Updated and refreshed. But it is still an 115+ year old home with its history and character.

- We strive to be "environmentally friendly" in our operations. Appreciate guests minimize bedding and towel uses to reduce loads and carbon footprint.

- Smart thermostat controlled cadet wall heating in living/dining/kitchen and each of the bedrooms. No cadet in 2 of the shared bathrooms, which is common for bathrooms with no windows.

- We have fairly strict house rules: no-smoking, no drug, no party, shoes-off, leave the house in close condition as you arrive, and etc. Guests are required to follow to keep the house as enjoyable for later guests and homeowners.

- We have two smart doorbells installed at both entry doors, facing the street, ensuring comprehensive coverage and enhanced security measures during your stay.
