PLEASE NOTE::This is a privately owned condo. It is NOT associated with the Silverado Resort rental program. Therefore, use of the golf courses, tennis courts, and main pool are NOT included with this rental. A large solar heated pool ( May 15 ish - Oct 15 ish) is available for your enjoyment and is just steps away from this condo.You have full use of the restaurant, the Grill, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Mansion Bar overlooking the South Course 18th hole, the Market Bakery . Spa treatments may be arranged with advance reservations. You can enjoy excellent golf at Champion golf courses, Eagle Vines and Chardonnay( approximate 20 minute drive). Advance tee times can be arranged. These courses offer pure golf and meander through vineyards and lakes. A true Napa experience. Food and beverages are available at both courses.

THE CONDO
The primary bedroom has a King-size bed, en-suite bath with shower over tub. Privacy for the shower and tub area is provided by the door that separates this area in the primary bedroom. Luxurious linens are provided for your comfort.
Enjoy the fully equipment kitchen with granite counters, refrigerator , microwave, range, and dishwasher. The kitchen is open to the dining area that provides comfortable seating for four.
The vaulted ceiling living room has an extremely comfortable “slumber air “queen size sleeper sofa (the mattress is designed to provide adjustable firmness and conformity),and flat screen TV.

Your private deck, accessed by full size sliding glass doors from both the living room and bedroom, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying mountain and golf course views including close- up views of the entire 2nd hole of Silverado's North Golf Course.
Steps away from the condo you will enjoy the private pool area, exclusively for Cottage Drive residents and their guests featuring a comfortable outdoor environment with pool, heated May – October, restroom facilities, and ice machine. There is also a laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers. (Bring you quarters.)

Carport parking is available for two cars. The covered carport is in front of the condo and is identified by the numbers 668-669. This parking accommodates 2 cars tandem. Electric Car Charging stations are located in the Market Bakery parking lot, 15 minute walk from the condo. (The Market Bakery is located on your right as you drive into the main Silverado entrance. The address of the Silverado Resort and Spa is 1600 Atlas Peak Road, Napa, CA 94558.

Wi-Fi Access is provided through a Satellite Service Provider. At times it may be slow and intermittent. Instructions for use are in a booklet on the desk I the condo.

SILVERADO PROPERTY

On the Silverado property, you are within walking distance to on premise dining options. You can enjoy a meal or appetizers at Silverado’s Grill or try the Silverado Market & Bakery featuring take out breakfast, lunch, premium wines and snack items. The Mansion Bar offers cocktails and other beverages. .

o Across from the Condo is the large heated pool (May – Oct). This is available for your enjoyment.

o Spa treatments can be reserved in advance. .For Spa information/reservations contact the Silverado Resort Spa directly.

o Silverado golf courses are private. Public golf courses are a short drive from the condo. My favorites are Eagle Vines and Chardonnay. They both accept advance tee times and have a wonderful restaurant and bar.

o The main resort pool, tennis courts and golf courses.are not available to this vacation rental.

LOCATION OVERVIEW

Nestled in the heart of Napa Valley, you are just minutes from the fabulous Silverado Trail. This scenic road passes through the Napa Valley and is lined with world-class wineries. You will be conveniently located to over 400 wineries. Many require advance reservations while others can accommodate walk -ins.

Downtown Napa, also but a short drive from the condo, offers casual and fine dining, shopping and live jazz and blues music at the Blue Note Napa and Uptown Theatre. Do include a visit to Oxbow Public Market.

The best in live music entertainment is now offered by Blue Note Napa's summer series at the nearby Meritage Resort.
