The space
This space is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 - full bath home located right on the water.

There's a children's park just a block away for families that would like to venture off. And great burgers and seafood just a few minutes drive.

The master bedroom has a queen bed as well as a twin bed next to it, with an attached bathroom with his and her sinks and a large shower.

The second large bedroom has a queen bed with bunk beds and a small desk that can be used to work.

The last guest bedroom has a queen bed.

The gorgeous living area hosts a large couch and a beanbag with a flat screen tv.

There is a large dining room area with a coffee station as well as board games for the family.

Enjoy some home cooked meals with a full kitchen as well as BBQ pit downstairs.

No need to overpack clothing, washer and dryer are available on the property.

A Firepit is located outside to roast marshmallows and tell scary stories.

You will also have access to a kayak on property with pier access directly to the canal.

Fishing right off the pier is a good idea, and there is space for cleaning and preparing fish for eating all in one place.
