Komfortables Apartment in der 1. Etage in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße im historischen Dilworth, 1,5 km von Uptown entfernt. Perfekt für längere oder kurze Aufenthalte mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, WLAN und Sonnenterrasse zum Essen und Entspannen. Voll ausgestattete Küche bis zur Knoblauchpresse. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit, Bettwäsche mit 400-Fadenzahl und Handtücher aus ägyptischer Baumwolle.

Die Nachbarschaft verfügt über eine Mischung aus Herrenhäusern und Handwerker-Bungalows, von denen viele in den frühen 1900er Jahren erbaut wurden, sowie mehrere lebhafte Geschäftsviertel, in denen sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte befinden. Damit ist Dilworth die fußgängerfreundlichste und fußläufigste Nachbarschaft der Stadt.

Eine große Besonderheit ist die große Sonnenterrasse mit Blick auf den vorderen Rasen und die Baumkronen. Es gibt auch einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Gasgrill und Essbereich im Freien für Ihre Nutzung.

In der voll ausgestatteten Küche befinden sich brandneue Schränke, Quarz-Arbeitsplatten und Edelstahlgeräte, darunter ein Gasherd und ein Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine.

Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in voller Größe sind ebenfalls im Apartment enthalten. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch, WLAN und einen kleinen Stereo-CD-Player mit Platz für Ihren iPod oder MP3-Player. Ein großer Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und ein Flachbildfernseher im Schlafzimmer.

Das Hotel befindet sich nur 1,5 km vom zentralen Geschäftsviertel (Uptown) entfernt. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie 3 Parks, zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte, 40 Restaurants (thailändisch, vegan / roh, indisch, italienisch, peruanisch, neu) Amerikanische etc.) Massagestudios, Cafés, Kunstgalerien, Konsignationsgeschäfte, Kneipen in der Nachbarschaft und andere Annehmlichkeiten entlang breiter Bürgersteige unter riesigen Weiden-Eichen.

Innerhalb weniger Blocks finden Sie viele Restaurants, darunter ein Sushi-Restaurant, eines der besten italienischen Restaurants in Charlotte, ein Café, ein Yoga-Studio, mehrere Kneipen in der Nachbarschaft (eine davon mit Live-Musik an den meisten Abenden), ein beliebter Frühstücksplatz Lebensmittelladen mit umfassendem Service und ein Park mit Tennisplatz.

Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich einen halben Block entfernt. Von dort gelangen Sie mit dem Bus direkt nach Uptown, zum Convention Center / Time Warner Arena / Panthers Stadium und in die andere Richtung zum SouthPark (gehobene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) alle 15-20 Minuten.

Die Stadtbahn Lynx Blue Line liegt nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt. In 10 Minuten fahren Züge direkt nach Uptown. Das Carolinas Medical Center (Levine Kinderkrankenhaus) liegt 4 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Zu den jährlichen Veranstaltungen in der Nachbarschaft zählen das griechische Festival, das Festival im Park und das Dilworth Criterium-Radrennen.

Da sich so viel vor Ihrer Tür befindet und Sie eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel haben, ist kein Auto erforderlich. Viele unserer Gäste nehmen einfach ein Taxi vom Flughafen und erkunden die Umgebung zu Fuß.

Great place to stay

My partner and I stayed here with our 5 month old while visiting with friends for Thanksgiving week. It was perfect for us- clean and comfortable and just our kinda vibe.. We got in kinda late so having some snacks and next morning coffee and creamers was a nice touch. We walked to breakfast and grocery store close by on a nice morning.. location is great. Definitely recommend for a couple or small family. Great location.

Perfect location in Charlotte for long weekend

A super cute flat with a modern mid-century Ikea vibe in the beautiful Dilworth section of Charlotte. It was quiet and safe and close to everything. Only 5 minute walk from a Food Lion and a fabulous coffee shop and gym. The flat was stocked with snacks, cold soft drinks, butter, coffee and cream and a lovely bottle of Spanish Merlot. Hosts were very responsive. Wonderful all around, really.

Cozy apartment

Great dog friendly place in a beautiful neighborhood. I loved everything about this place. I stayed here with just myself and my dog. The neighborhood is very nice and I felt safe walking my dog alone after dark. Easy to find, they offer one parking spot but there is plenty of street parking if you had a 2nd car. Check in was easy, the property manager was friendly and responded quickly, they allowed me to check in early so that was really nice of them. The unit is on the 2nd floor so If you are unable to use stairs you would not want to stay here as there is no elevator. That did not bother me, only mentioning it because I don't believe the listing does. 10/10 I would stay here again.

Dillworth Neighborhood Apartment

The Condo is on a street of multifamily properties in a Beautiful Neighborhood convenient to South Blvd where all the bar/restaurants and shops are located. The owners were delightful to deal with and provided us with essentials for a peaceful stay. They went over the top with stocking the bar, providing our first night meal supplies: including 2 bottles of wine, spaghetti/sauce . On top of that OJ, english muffins, coffee, creamer for the first mornings breakfast. It was so thoughtful to save a rushed trip to the grocery upon arrival. The bed was perfectly comfy, plenty of extra pillows. The cleanliness of the condo was spot on, especially through these trying times of Covid. Internet and TV worked flawlessly . As a guest in a new city we felt the owners provided us with a safe environment.

Classy and comfortable! Great neighborhood!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magnolia #1 in Dilworth. We arrived to find the lights on and classical music playing on the sound system. The apartment is beautiful,clean, and comfortably furnished. A basket of goodies, including the making of a meal, greeted us in the kitchen, and in the refrigerator were English muffins, butter, orange juice and cream for coffee. The kitchen is well furnished. One of the wall air conditioner units leaked a little at one point and one of the managers showed up promptly to check it when I texted him. This is a perfect quiet , pleasant place to stay in Charlotte. It is within easy walking distance to Ed's Tavern and other local favorites. I will stay here again!

Exceptional customer service

I have stayed at many VRBO properties and have been a property owner myself and this place was by far the most thoughtful, welcoming place I have been. The location was great, accommodations were exactly as described, but what stood out most was the extra effort and thought in welcoming us. The communication leading up to our stay was superb and very detailed. When I arrived, I had the local paper, a welcome assortment of food items and both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages at my disposal. It truly was outstanding. I would love to stay in any of the properties that they operate!

Adorable

I immediately walked in and thought I could live there. The space is very well appointed and comfortable. The neighborhood is quaint, convenient and quiet. Its so walkable - we even walked to the B of A stadium to a game. I also appreciated how organized the owners and property manager were. The whole experience was very easy and they were quite welcoming and informative via email. Highly recommend.

Great decor | Excellent Location | Friendly

Loved the spot. we booked last minute and could not have found a better place. Their was music playing when we walked in... drinks available.. a few items in the fridge (which I am 98% sure they left for us) otherwise we probably owe them some spaghetti and orange juice. the place was clean! the decor was great - felt like we were staying in a hotel.

Our favorite place to stay!

We have stayed at Magnolia Green in Dilworth several times now. We are always so pleased with the decor, cleanliness, treats to eat left for us (our grandchildren enjoy these as well), and the prompt service on the rare occasion it is needed. We would not hesitate to stay again...in fact, this time we are going to stay at the Queens Terrace location. It looks just as lovely and we are looking forward to our trip!!

Expecting first grandchild in Charlotte

The condo was perfect. It was so much better than staying in a hotel. We had all the comforts of home. The apartment was adorable, warm and inviting. We will stay here every time we come to town. The staff is kind and always pleasant to work with. Great experience.

Best Rental I've Ever Had!

I have rented many places over many years, and a lot of them have been very nice with nice owners, but this is absolutely the best rental I've ever had! The apartment was nicely decorated, clean, comfy, in a nice area and with all the amenities I needed, but even greater than all that was the hospitality by Jim, James and Lisa. When I arrived after a very long day of traveling, I walked in to find a tray of food, a stocked bar, a newspaper, music playing softly and a note asking me to text them to let them know I arrived safely. As I told them, I almost cried. I have NEVER received such kind hospitality. Usually by the end of my work week, I am more than ready to get home, and I was a little disappointed this time that I had to leave this cozy little escape. I'm only giving them five stars because that's all VRBO will let me give!

Outstanding!!

I have been renting vacation rentals for over 8 years now, and this was by far one of the best overall experiences I have had. Upon renting this apartment, I was provided with a wealth of information on the town and all of the nearby attractions (shopping, food, entertainment, etc.). The owners were very professional and very courteous, making the whole rental process less of a chore and more of a joy. After 10 hours of driving, I arrived to the most welcoming apartment I could hope for. Classical music was softly playing, a welcome basket was on the kitchen table, the lights were on, and the temperature was just right. All I literally had to do was grab an apple from the welcome basket and plop down on the comfortable couch to watch TV. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless, as was the rest of the apartment. The decor was wonderful and made the whole place feel like home and not like a storage place for mismatched garage sale items. Overall, I could not imagine being more comfortable and getting so much value for my money than I did with this rental. Thank you so much for allowing me to rent this apartment. It will definitely be my first choice for accommodations the next time I am in the Charlotte area.

Simply Charming

I returned to Charlotte for a high school reunion and wanted to stay in a nice place so I could have a small group of friends over for appetizers and drinks prior to the official event. Southern hospitality welcomed me with spaghetti/sauce for me to cook and a wonderful bottle of wine just in case I didn't want to go out my first evening. This apartment was a perfect retreat rather than staying in a boring hotel room. The pictures of the apartment were accurate (adorable!) and there were plenty of places for my guests to sit. There was even a community grill and outdoor space in the parking lot. Amenities were great and I didn't need to bring shampoo or hair dryer and I made use of the washer/dryer. I'm a bed snob but had no problems sleeping with the comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. As a lone traveler I appreciated the automatic lighting in the hallway and outside doors. Please note the apartment is part of an older building and therefore has quaint floor creaks and less sound-proofing between units than a hotel. My only suggestion would be to have a nonslip mat for the bathtub. I will definitely stay again with the Home Collection, but most likely a first floor unit since I'm getting too old to drag luggage to the second floor. Thanks again Jim, James and Lisa!

Wonderful apartment!

You can't go wrong staying in these apartments. We rented sight unseen, but the apartment looked just like the photos. The Dilworth area is absolutely charming, and it was such a plus to be able to walk to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. There is even a nice park about 3 blocks away. The hosts have thought of everything, and the apartment is fully equipped for a long stay. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony on the warmer days. We didn't experience any problems while there, but any questions we had were answered very promptly. You can't go wrong staying at Magnolia Green.
