It comes with an open floor plan. The space features a convertible sofa bed with hotel-quality linens, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The area features oversized windows that brighten the room, making it even more inviting and a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Located in the heart of Dubai, Arjan Dubailand provides a gateway to discovering the wonders of this vibrant city. With its great location, you'll have easy access to explore the city and its attractions - from the stunning Dubai Miracle Garden, Dubai Autodrome, and Dubai Butterfly Garden to the Arabian Ranches Golf Club and the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club. You can experience the Dubai Indoor Kartdrome or marvel at the Miracle Garden Airplane Flowers for an adrenaline rush. You can also enjoy many cuisines like Pepper Pan Restaurant, Via Delhi Restaurant, Alraseef Restaurant, and 25 Degrees North.

Shops: For groceries, guests can shop at: Take Me Oat Bakery, Choithrams, Day Night Minimart and Blue Mart Minimart. And don't forget to stop by Extreme Fun | Motor City branch | Kids Play Center for a delicious cup of coffee. As you explore Arjan Dubailand, you can also pick up some takeaways from KFC Motor City.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
