Gorgeous lakefront home featuring breathtaking views! Boasting 3 bedrooms plus a spacious loft sleeping area; this updated home sleeps 10. Entertain family and friends in the open concept living area flowing out to two expansive decks facing the lake. The walkout lower level offers 2nd entertainment space with wet bar & outdoor patio. Enjoy gorgeous sunset views on the decks or patio overlooking the lake. Gather around the outdoor firepit for s'mores and an unforgettable evening under the stars!

Bedroom 1 (main level): Master bedroom with king bed and attached master bathroom. Walk-in closet and dresser for clothes storage. Master bathroom boasts soaking tub, double sinks, and stand-up shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Sliding door in bedroom leads to a large deck for additional entertaining or quiet seating space.

Bedroom 2 (main level): Queen bed. Closet for clothes storage.

Loft area (upper level): 2 twin beds and 2 trundle beds.

Living Room: enjoy using the telescope to gaze at the stars! 55" Smart TV. Fireplace in living room is not operable.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with all the essentials for home cooked meals including pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards, baking trays, baking dishes. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods and dish soap are stocked.

The coffee & tea bar includes 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig; we provide a starter set of ground coffee, filters, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.

Half bath (main level): located off the kitchen/living area.

Bedroom 3 (lower level): Queen bed. Walk-In closet and dressers for clothes storage.

Full bath (lower level): Stand-up shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Laundry room (lower level): washer/dryer available for use during your stay. For your convenience, laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are provided.

Kayaks are available for guest use along with several adult and child life vests.

We are available if guests need us, otherwise we respect guests' space to enjoy the Lake House with their family and friends! We are available via Airbnb messaging. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

The grill is located in the garage, and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.

Neighborhood: The lake house is located on a dead end street with very little traffic other than that of residents on the road. Please be respectful during your stay, as many of the neighbors live year-round, and have lived on this road for decades.

Guests have access to the entire home (outside of locked closet & lower room), double stall attached garage and dock. Guests do not have access to detached double stall garage or shed on property.

A two stall garage is attached to the lake house. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 additional vehicles. No street parking is available.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
- All guests who will be on the reservation must have full first and last names listed as part of the reservation.
- Liability Waiver must be signed via docusign within 72 hours of booking by all guests listed on the reservation. If the reservation starts within 72 hours of booking, the liability waiver must be signed within 24 hours of booking by all guests listed on the reservation.
- No additional guests other than those indicated in the booking allowed, maximum of 10 guests allowed in the home.
- No parties or events allowed in the home. A $1500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host a party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund.
- Up to 2 dogs allowed per booking with a $250 pet fee, no other pets allowed unless otherwise approved. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
- Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors when using exterior spaces. Music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm and before 8am.
- Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front entry door and yard, deck areas facing the lake, back entry door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Trip insurance is recommended with your stay as the cancellation policy does not include covering for sickness or weather circumstances. Please see Airbnb's strict cancellation policy for further details.
- I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
