Cute 3 BR-Sleeps 8-Mt. Washington! Walk to Incline

Summary:
Our Mt washington home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath spacious home -upstairs and downstairs concept.
We are in a wonderful location that is walking distance to Shiloh St, grand view overlook, Mon Incline+ Emerald Park! We have Roku TVs equipped for you and wifi internet. Please bring your streaming services usernames and passwords. Washer and dryer! We take pride in having happy guests. The Space:
Walk to the spectacular grand view avenue overlook from our quirky 1920 Pittsburgh home offering a great space and many nice touches / updates!!

Updated Home in the center of Mt. Washington. 3BR 1BA with an eat-in kitchen, 1st floor master , and 2 nicely size bedrooms and full bath on the 2nd floor. Our place has a nice first floor bedroom to offer some privacy / separation from the rest of your group.

Small front porch, cozy rear deck, and backyard with a fire ring. One block to the bus-line, 10 min walk to beautiful Emerald View Park, 10 minute walk to South Hills Junction "T" Stop or Mon Incline, 5 minute drive to Downtown Pittsburgh, and 5 minute walk to Downtown Mt Washington.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to anything in their half of the duplex! backyard as well, which is shared with the 1 bedroom apartment / airbnb in the back.

Laundry is located in the basement :)

The Neighborhood:
We are walking distance to Shiloh St where you can have dinner and drinks and do some shopping without having to drive or take an Uber back!

Also about a 15 minute walk to Grandview Ave where you can overlook the beautiful city of Pittsburgh and take the incline down to Station Square and Carson st.

Emerald View park is a beautiful park in walking distance if you enjoy taking a stroll!

Our location is great for anyone coming to Pittsburgh for sport events! Steelers, Penguins, Pirates! The mon-incline offers a transfer to the "T" system which will take you to Heinz field, PNC Park, PPG arena or any of the cultural districts of Pittsburgh! At our location you will never need to use a car with the many ways to get around!

We want your stay to be worry-free, which is why we provide comprehensive Damage Protection through Guesty Shield. Relax and make the most of your time here, knowing that any unforeseen accidents or damages are covered.

Please note that as part of our commitment to your comfort and security, all reservations include a $60.00 damage protection insurance fee per booking. *Bookings over 30 days require additional coverage per 30-day period.

This fee has been automatically applied to your reservation and is non-refundable, serving as an alternative to a traditional security deposit.

Primary Guests are required to fill out a check in form and sign a rental agreement following booking confirmation.

The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay, are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection.

Long-term rentals for 60+ consecutive nights or longer are eligible for a rate discount. Additional discounts offered for paying in full.

Interaction with Guests:
We can be reached easily for any questions or concerns. We respond promptly. We only come past the property during your stay if you have asked for something to be dropped off for you or if there is an emergency.

Your host will be available to you for anything you may need. It is our full-time job to ensure you have the 5-star experience that you deserve.
