Welcome to "Smell the Roses" This is your 4 bed 4.5 bat home away from home, It's a brand new construction townhome, every square inch of this property is new. The elevator goes to all floors, is big enough for all your vacation goodies.

This townhome has a community pool that will be open 2024 Peak Season. It is also central to all things Surf City.

This home also features an outdoor shower with HOT water as well as cold.

In the "loft area", you will find a pool table with a sleeper sofa and bar area with an ensuite bathroom, also a smart TV. On this level you will have some awesome views of the ocean (this unit is the only unit in the complex that offers these views.) and deck access with comfy sectional seating.

Down the stairs from the loft is the main living area. You will find the queen bedroom en-suite on this floor and ample room for all your family members. Also a private half bath and a deck with outdoor dining. Did someone say a dream kitchen? This one has it all, and it fully stocked with everything you can think of.

Down from the main living area you will find the Master bedroom with huge ensuite with walk in Shower, also 1 bunk room and another room with a full size bed with a shared bath and the laundry area.

Outside you will find ample sitting and great views and energetic atmosphere.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.

Strict two car parking

A separate security deposit for $500 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
