★ INFORMATIONS ★

☆ SOFA BEDS ☆
- Please know that if you booked guests that are 8 or less, the sofa bed won't get ready for sleep.
- Please choose 9 - 10 guest upon booking if you want 1 sofa bed as an extra bed to sleep.
- Please choose 11 - 12 guest upon booking if you want 2 sofa bed as an extra bed to sleep.
- Also, there will be an extra charge to get the sofa beds ready to sleep. Otherwise they are only sofas, not beds. Let us know ahead of time.

☆ OVEN ☆
Just a heads up that oven glass is broken but it is still functional.

☆ TRASH ☆
Just a quick reminder to keep things eco-friendly and organized:
- Blue bins are for recycling, grey bins for food and compost, and black bins for general garbage.
- Collection days are each Thursday for blue and green bins, and every other Friday for the black bin.
- If your blue or green bin is full, feel free to put it out Wednesday evening (totally optional, no pressure).
- For the black bin, put it out every other Thursday evening if it's full.
- Follow our neighbors' lead for an easy way to manage your bins.
- Once the bins are empty, kindly bring them back and leave them beside the house. Thanks a bunch!

☆ TV ☆
Friendly Reminder:
No need for a remote! Just press the TV's power button. Use the TV box remote to select "popular" and "UP live" for live channels. Navigate the menu with left/right arrows and choose channels with up/down arrows. Press OK to select a channel or view the channel list. However, we do NOT have Netflix/ Prime video available. Enjoy!

☆ AIR CONDITION ☆
Just a friendly reminder that our home is equipped with portable AC units only, ceiling fans and centralized heating for your comfort!

☆ FIREPIT ☆
Just a quick heads-up: the fire pit in the yard's storage room is good to go! Grab some dry branches from the top right corner if you'd like. When you're done, make sure to put out the fire and pop the fire pit back in storage once it's cooled down. Safety first! It runs on gas.

☆ BASEMENT ☆
The basement is set up as a gym. Feel free to park your vehicle in the garage or on the driveway.

☆ PARKING ☆
Don't forget, our garage and driveway can accommodate a total of 4 vehicles. The spacious garage can comfortably fit 2 large trucks, and there's room for 2 more on the driveway.

☆ NO PET ☆
Please remember that pets are not allowed inside the unit. If a pet is discovered, a fine will be imposed. Thank you for your understanding!
