• Please place trash in the dumpster by the street.
• During the winter months, please help keep the entrance clear of snow and ice. Shovels and sand are provided for all tenants and guests to use as needed. We ask that you move your vehicle when necessary for the driveway to be cleared of snow. Please note, refunds will not be provided for weather-related events such as storms or power outages.
• Access to the attic is for utility purposes ONLY.
• For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from burning candles in the apartment.
