This gated community with private beach access 1/3 mi away is the perfect getaway. Gone Coastal accommodates 10 guests. Minutes away from a serene coastline, walking/biking trails, and exceptional dining, the retreat offers a 6 guest golf cart, 10 bikes, 10 beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrella. The space
Gone Coastal was recently furnished with new coastal themed furniture and decor and is geared to hosting families. At least one responsible adult over the age of 25 must be present at the property for all bookings.

The kitchen is fully appointed, common areas boast an open floorplan concept. The dining room seats 10. The en suite master bedroom has a queen size bed with two night stands and a dresser. The second bedroom has a Murphy bed with a queen-size mattress. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with two nightstands and a dresser. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with twin and full-size mattresses and a bonus twin size trundle. The patio has an oversized outdoor table that accommodates 10 guests, along with casual seating, a grill.

*******Only 3 vehicles are permitted at this residence. One of the spaces in the garage is taken up by the 6 person golf cart. Also, under no circumstance can a vehicle or golf cart block the sidewalk*****

Note: Guests with zero reviews on Airbnb will be asked to provide a snapshot of their driver's license or Government ID before check in. The guest making the reservation must be over 25 years of age to reserve this home. The person making the reservation must be present for the entire duration of the stay.

Guests are required to read, sign and return golf cart liability form prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for observing all traffic rules when using the 6-person golf cart. Guests are responsible for any traffic citations they receive.
Guests will hold the owner harmless for any injury they cause while operating the 6 person golf cart.
