About this space
Welcome to our family-owned condo in Estes Park! We are thrilled to share its charm with you. Nestled in a serene spot, it's the perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. Unwind in the hot tub and make yourself at home. This is a perfect base camp for summer adventures or a cozy winter retreat. A year-round ready getaway.
Mountain views, lake views, minutes from downtown Estes, and minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park - with summer pool access.
Hot Tub
A highlight of our condo is the private hot tub, a place of relaxation and star-gazing (Estes Park is a Dark Sky community). After a day of mountain exploration, there's no better way to unwind and soak up the tranquility of the area. The hot tub is serviced between each guest's stay.
The Resort:
Our condo is part of the Mary's Lake HOA & Resort. You have access to all amenities per the HOA's guidelines (e.g. seasonal pool, hot tub, firepit). They are typically open all summer, but the HOA maintains these amenities and we cannot guarantee their availability.
Living Room
The living room is the heart of the condo. Vaulted ceilings and large windows offer natural light and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains (my personal favorite, Mummy Mountain). A stone fireplace for cozy evenings, and the plush leather (pull-out) sofa and armchairs invite you to relax and unwind. The open layout ensures you’re always part of the conversation, whether you're watching a movie on the 55" TV or, better yet, enjoying the scenic backdrop.
Kitchen & Dining Area
The kitchen is a delight for those who love to cook, equipped with modern appliances, granite counter tops, and ample cabinet space filled with all the cookware and utensils you might need. A coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher add convenience to your stay. The adjacent dining area, with a sturdy wooden table and seating for 4 +(2 at the high top island), promises memorable meals against the backdrop of the Rockies.
Bedrooms
The condo features bedrooms designed with relaxation in mind. Each room is outfitted with comfortable bedding, soft linens, and ample closet space to make you feel at home. The master suite offers a king-sized bed and a private remodeled bathroom, providing a tranquil space to recharge after a day of adventures. The second bedroom is similarly outfitted with a king bed, TV, closet, and shared bathroom.
We have sound machines, fans, humidifiers, & black out shades on-site to ensure a peaceful sleep.
Bathrooms
The bathrooms blend functionality with spa-like tranquility. The master bath includes a walk-in shower, while the shared bathroom features a combination tub and shower, ideal for a soak after hiking. Both are stocked with essentials such as fresh towels, basic toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
Outdoor Spaces
Step onto the deck to connect with the Colorado outdoors. Patio furniture for 'al fresco' dining or sipping your morning coffee as the sun rises over the mountains.

The HOA manages the garbage removal and clears snow throughout the winter.
Parking is first come first serve. If there are not available spaces directly in front of the condo, you may park anywhere in the complex free-of-charge.
