GUEST H4U VILLA GARDEN & POOL is a modern 200m² villa spread over two floors, featuring elegant décor and a peaceful environment. Located in Povoa, Beiriz, in a quiet neighborhood, it is perfect for moments of relaxation. With its private garden and outdoor pool, the villa offers total privacy with no overlooking neighbors.

The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a King Size bed (160x200), and 3 bathrooms, all with showers and toilets. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, including children and babies. For your comfort, the house is equipped with a TV offering access to 150 channels and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa.

The bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the first floor, offering a peaceful and private setting for a good night's sleep. The ground floor is dedicated to living spaces: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a billiards room, and two more bathrooms for added comfort. The house provides a spacious, bright, and pleasant living area for family or friends to gather.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an American-style fridge, 4 hobs, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and all the necessary cooking utensils.

Our private garden, which includes a table and sun loungers, is perfect for enjoying the outdoors all day. The private pool, available from April to October, is an ideal place to cool off on hot days (note that the pool is not heated). A barbecue is also available for outdoor meals.

Our villa is located in a quiet and secure neighborhood, just 10 minutes by car from the center of Povoa, offering easy access to all amenities while providing tranquility.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Check-in: 16:00–19:00 (free); 19:00–20:30 (€15); 20:30–22:00 (€25); 22:00–23:00 (€50); after 23:00 (from €50) — all subject to availability and to be paid in cash at arrival.

Guest H4U Online Assistance: - Available daily from 10:00 to 19:00 (10 AM - 7 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.

Quiet Hours: - Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).

Group Policy: - We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

Party Policy: - Pets are not allowed.

Pet Policy: - Small pets (under 5 kg) are welcome at a rate of €5 per night, payable on-site.

Baby Kit: - Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): €25 per week. Baby cot only: €15 per week.

Smoking Policy: - Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.

Key and Door Services: - Lost Keys: €20 replacement fee.

Door Opening: - During working hours (10:00 to 19:00): €20. Outside working hours (19:00 to 10:00): Starts at €50, subject to availability.
