The space
The home has 1 bedroom with a king size bed. 2 bedrooms with queen size beds a large loft bedroom overlooking the fish pond and horse arena with a total of 4 twin beds, 1 bunk bed and a pullout couch. A nursery room equipped with rocking chair & a pack & play for the baby. 3 full baths, 1 with a 1-2 person jacuzzi bath tub plus 2 half baths. Fully stocked kitchen with two ovens & cook top stove. A large dining area and a breakfast nook for breakfast or game time. Family room with a 70 inch TV. High speed Wifi. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your use. Two outside patios and camp fire setting next to the outside play area for children, next to the horse pastures.
Guest access
The house and yards are free for you to use. The horse barn is only to be accessed if escorted by the horse ranch manager and with her permission. For lessons or to ride a horse, contact manager of the horse ranch Their information is posted in the house

Interaction with the horses is only granted by permission from the manager of the horse ranch. If horse rides or lessons are desired, the horse ranch managers information and instructions are posted in the house
