Interior :
This entirely independent, private apartment is located below a villa and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with TV.
The kitchen is open to the living room, and is equipped with all necessities (oven, hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator and dishwasher, etc) . The comfortable living room gives direct access to the terrace.

Bedrooms :
- Bedroom 1, with ensuite bathroom, double bed 180;
- Bedroom 2, 2 single beds or 1 double bed 180;

All bedrooms have adequate storage and hanging facilities for clothes.

Bathrooms:
A private bathroom in bedroom 1 with shower, toilet, sink and storage, heated towel rail.
A 2nd, large functional bathroom with large Italian shower, toilet, sink and storage, heated towel rail.

Exterior:
The main private terrace is south-west facing with a shaded area, BBQ area and garden furniture for 6 people. The garden is fenced and so is secure for children.

You have parking spaces outside in the street (free of charge) in front of the driveway entrance, as well as a dedicated space on the driveway in front of the apartment fence. The driveway is the only space that is shared with the main villa.

Other criteria:
A washing machine is also available in a spacious laundry room with plenty of storage, ironing board, iron, as well as internet access (wifi).

Household linen is included in your stay: (bath towel kit for each traveller, sheets, tea towels and bath mat).

The apartment is in a quiet area, away from the crowds though close enough to enjoy the atmosphere when you want to.

You can leave your vehicle and easily get around on bicycles thanks to the many cycle paths.

7 minutes by foot to the main high street in Capbreton, 7 minutes by car to the local beach. There is a forest behind the apartment for shaded walks.

You will find restaurants by the ocean, at the port or in the town centre of Capbreton as well as shops, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies...
