The space
Welcome to our 4-bedroom home nestled in beautiful Tahoe City. We have been traveling to Tahoe for over 12 years, immersing ourselves in the breathtaking beauty of the area. Recently, we were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to purchase our own Tahoe retreat, and we are thrilled to share this haven with you.

This 4-bedroom retreat has all bedrooms and bathrooms on one level with open concept very fun gatherings. Large windows flood the space with natural light. Our home is newly furnished and includes new beds - queen in three bedrooms and a California king bed in the master suite. In addition there is a hideaway XL twin trundle bed with real a mattress under one queen bed that easily rolls out like a drawer.

Three full size bathrooms, one that is newly remodeled with a spa-like rain shower. Two additional bathrooms - one with shower over tub and master en-suite has tub and separate step-in shower.

Living room - two new large comfortable couches with a large 58 inch 4k tv set up with Roku guest mode so you can securely access your own steaming services.

Backyard - Fully fenced in backyard gives privacy as you enjoy the relaxing hot tub.

Dining room - new beautiful wood table that sits six with large counter that includes new wine cooler and ice machine for your favorite beverage.

Kitchen - Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee. Enjoy cooking on our gas burning stove while overlooking the beautiful fenced backyard. Kitchen table that sits 4 but can extend to sit 6.

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with thermostat controlled gas log burning stove and Cal King bed, en suite bathroom with tub and step-in shower. Walk-in closet with mirror.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with access to full bath - shower over tub and mirrored closet

Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with trundle (XL twin) and closet

Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with mirrored closet

Neighborhood - Friendly, quiet neighborhood where you can walk or bike on dedicated paved path to Tahoe City (1.9 miles). It is a 10 minute walk through the neighborhood to Skylandia State Beach & Park which has walking paths, picnic tables and a quiet beach with pier.
