GUEST ACCESS
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or any other party. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
A penalty fare of £250 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
A welcome pack of coffee, tea, biscuits, sugar, wine, bread, butter, and milk will be left for your use. Please help yourself to any of the food (oils, vinegars, spices, condiments, sauces, jams, etc.) and cleaning items you find in the cupboards and fridge.
