Between the wraparound deck, the screened porch, the private hot tub, and the firepit, you'll find plenty of opportunities for leisurely outdoor living. The large, open living area and full kitchen are ready to host everything from family feasts to movie nights in front of the wood-burning fireplace. A pool table, foosball, a digital multi-game arcade console, and another smart TV set the stage for fun and friendly competition in the downstairs game room.

The home's prime location offers immediate access to the Smokies and all the surrounding area attractions. You can immerse yourself in nature with a hike or enjoy a sightseeing tour on the nearby Hawk Skylift. Waterfalls, river rafting, and historic heritage sites are also within easy reach of the home. The Great Smoky Mountains Heritage Center is less than seven miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
