Air mattresses are also available if needed. Dogs are welcome by request and the home features a "dog casita" that has dog doors leading from the inside to a large completely fenced in dog run. The upstairs loft, living room with a reclining leather couch includes a small workspace with a wireless printer as well as a small gym that includes a weight bench, dumbbells and resistance band sets. Guests can access the 2 car garage and mailbox.

Although we don't live at the location, we are just a few minutes away and are always available by phone or text.

The home is located in a gated community less than 7 minutes from Old Town Plaza, Los Poblanos, Sawmill Market, the Zoo, Aquarium and Biopark. It is just a 50-min drive to Santa Fe where you can visit the historical plaza and our personal favorite, Meow Wolf.

The front of the house faces west and has a lovely sitting area to watch the early morning balloons float by or the stunning New Mexico sunsets each night.

The community is a family neighborhood with beautiful landscaping and sidewalks throughout which make for lovely walks any time of day.

It is less that a half mile to I-40 and I-25 which allows you to get anywhere in Albuquerque in 20 minutes or less.

Please let us know if you intend to travel with animals as we do not allow certain critters in the home!

House includes 2 car garage as well as driveway that can fit 2 additional cars.

House is equipped with smart TV's that include netflix, hulu, prime video and apple TV. Wifi is 5g and is extremely fast, even with multiple devices working at once.

A brand new refrigerated air system has been installed to keep the house comfortable year round.
