Not only does the cottage have the ultimate view of Lake Lure and surrounding mountains, but the property features a koi pond, waterfall, both a gas and a wood fire pit, and a nice grassy area for kids to play. Still need more? How about some at-home entertainment outdoors that includes a pool table, foosball table, darts, and ping-pong! If you need a moment of peace and quiet, you’ll find a hammock at the nearest point overlooking the lake and a hot tub near the deck to soak all your stress away!

This 1200 sq ft cottage features:


- Thanks to the various large windows, the sitting area is drenched in sunlight, creating a warm place to relax. This area features comfy seating that’s situated in front of a cozy fireplace and a wall-mounted 55” TV. You’ll also find family-friendly games.


- The kitchen is outfitted with quality appliances and all the basics to cook up any meal of the day. We’ve included a dishwasher for quick clean-ups (some soap is provided) and a coffee maker to help you get your day started (some coffee is provided)! The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with 3 stools.


- In the kitchen area, there’s a table with 2 bench-style seats with a checkerboard top and a selection of board games to play.


- The sun-drenched indoor dining area has a table to seat 6 guests where you can enjoy a sit-down meal.


- On the large wrap-around deck, there’s plenty of outdoor seating, infrared heaters, an outdoor kitchen, a Green Egg grill, and a dining table to enjoy your creations!


- 2 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 1 full bathroom to accommodate 6 guests as such:

Bedroom 2: 1 Set of bunk beds (1 Twin & 1 Full)

There are surveillance devices on the exterior of the property for the safety and security of our guests.


There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, that can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you.


We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. Some cleaning supplies such as dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags are provided however not replenished.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.


A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.


HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the home or near open windows. Doing so could incur a $500 penalty. This includes smoking tobacco, cannabis, etc. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the property is strictly prohibited. Thank you for your understanding.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's ground.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during the stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets under 50 lbs are permitted at this property.
- No eating, drinking, or pets on the beds or couches.
