The space
We invite you to the Royal Pacific View. Sleep well in king size beds, lounge on a big comfy couch while watching a 65" 4k LED smart TV, relax in a top of the line hot tub jacuzzi, and the pièce de résistance: find peace while looking out at a breathtaking panoramic ocean and mountain view. The Tv has hundreds of channels including all sports, as well as a Disney+ subscription with a guest account for you to use.
The suite has plenty of natural light, and high ceilings. Choose to lower the black out blinds in the bedrooms, or leave them open so you can wake up with the sunrise and spectacular views right from your bed.
You might be lucky enough to see whales during your stay; we have humpbacks and orcas that frequent the area. In just a 5 minute drive you can be down at Neck Point: one of the best ocean side parks on the island. Neck Point has a beautiful trail, and has access to the ocean in a multiple spots. The suite is also a 5 minute drive to Walmart, Costco, Superstore, and the mall. The property is close to many restaurants, we have great recommendations at your request.
We would love to host you. This is our home, we aren't doing this as a huge business, it's simply a way to help pay our rising bills. We ask that you treat our home with respect and we will be here to help you with anything you need during your stay, while giving you your privacy as if it was a private vacation condo. You will have exclusive use of the hot tub, we ask that you please read the instructions so you can avoid injuries and any costly damage to the hot tub. There is a half kitchen in your suite, with a small electric oven, a dual induction stove, a small fridge, a griddle cook top, blender, kettle, nespresso machine, as well as pots, pans, plates, bowls, mugs, silverware, and glassware. Your private patio has a propane BBQ with a side burner. You'll have access to ultra high speed-wifi, we have fiber 1000 mb/s (1 gig).
We have a nice lawn in the backyard, exclusively for you. We are centrally located and only a 2 and a half hour drive to Tofino, only 1 and a half hours to Victoria, either destination makes a great addition to any Vancouver Island vacation. We have more recommendations inside the suite, along with hot tub rules and safety instructions. The house has 3 security cameras on the exterior for safety and security, none of the cameras are pointed at the hot tub or your patio area. We have a strict rule of no smokers allowed on the property due to a health condition, no exceptions. Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs or cats due to allergies, no exceptions. The neighborhood has a quiet time of 10:00pm, this must also be adhered to, so if you do not wish to have quiet time at 10:00pm then please find another place to stay. The suite has free parking on our driveway, reserved for you.
We are here for you, we have high quality sheets and soft towels, and we will supply the essentials like toilet paper, shampoo, soap, dish detergent, nespresso pods, sugar, salt and pepper, olive oil, etc. Book with confidence knowing we strive for 5 stars every time.
