Getting Around:
• Free self parking is available onsite.

• Located in Osage Beach and close to Osage Beach Premium Outlets and Bear Creek Valley Golf Club. This resort is within the vicinity of Paradise Parasail Inc. and Bagnell Dam.

Other Things to Note:
•Please note that our pool and all other amenities will be available for your enjoyment starting in June or July. We are currently undergoing renovations in some areas of the resort, so you may encounter some construction activity during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

•Parking tags will be allocated per unit
$50 replacement fee if lost

• Guests under the age of 25 are restricted from booking entire place if they live locally and don’t have at least 3 positive reviews

• Please honor quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am

• Items Left Behind: Shipping starts at $25. For bigger items, the cost may vary

• GENERAL LIFE RULE: If you see it, read it; if you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.

• Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7

While we aim to minimize any inconvenience, we'll notify you in advance if any scheduled appointments coincide with your reservation dates.
