The Mango House is in a premier location on the barrier island in Melbourne Beach. It is a 1/4 mile wide and sits half way between our private beach with white sand beaches and clear blue water. ( 2 min. walk) and the other end of the street is a private park and dock on the Indian River.
Our private beach is known for one of the best surf breaks in the area!
2 Bicycles, Beach chairs, towels, beach tents, and coolers are complementary.

We have bike paths everywhere. Inquire about E-bike rentals that can be delivered to the house!

You can bike or walk to outdoor dining restaurants, piano bars, sports bars with pool tables or play volleyball at Sands on the Beach a local oceanfront restaurant and bar. There is also grocery stores, a golf course, PickleBall, tennis, library, grocery stores, drug stores, liquor stores, churches, and the Melbourne Beach Pier within biking or walking distance. You can fish at the pier or on the beach. There are local bait shops.
I have some fishing rods that are complementary. Please inquire ahead of time.

Walking into this home with a wide foyer, huge skylights, wide hallways with open spaces feels like you are in a resort. Your week will be a premier stay with many extras listed below.

Entering the home you will see the tropical pool. As you come into the living room, there are two bookcases with novels, recipe books, self help and a beautiful Christian library. As you enter the large living room, you will be able to see a tropical patio, pool, hot tub and garden from sliding glass doors and windows. Off of the living room is a small area with a wood burning fireplace and a game table. Cozy chairs etc.

In the same open space, there is a large beautiful dining table from Restoration Hardware that seats 8-12 people.

Next to the dining room table is a small chefs kitchen. This kitchen has everything! It has a wall oven and microwave combo. There is a Breville counter top oven. A keurig coffee maker combo… There is a large stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas stove. There is a counter height bar with four chairs… blenders, mixers pans, dishes, wine, glasses, etc. etc..
there is a washer and dryer in the garage with a door to go out to the trash and recyclables …
Most of the garage is sectioned off as the owners storage.

There is a 5 person hot tub in the tropical garden next to the pool. There is a covered area with a summer kitchen, with a large granite countertop for meal preparation… there is a stainless steel sink, a Weber grill, etc.
Next to the outdoor kitchen, underneath the covered area is a large L-shaped sofa with a coffee table, Hammock and dining table. In season you will have an herb garden… around the corner is a private shower with hot cold water and toilet..

The gardens are spectacular all around the property. There is a large mango tree, and Key lime tree that produce delicious fruit. Through the kitchen window is giant bamboo.. and in the backyard is black bamboo that is smaller but taller.. tons of palm trees, etc.

3 bedrooms all have ceiling fans, recessed lighting, large windows, blackout blinds, and desks.
Bedroom 1- Queen bed… located right off the foyer. It has a sitting area with swivel chairs a 60 inch TV a desk/art table with lamp.

Bedroom 2- King bed… located at the end of the hall to the right.. this bedroom a 60 inch TV, desk, a full length mirror, large windows, and black out blinds two nightstands, 2 lamps and a large closet.

Bedroom 3- Queen bed… located at the end of the hallway on the left side. This bedroom has a desk, large windows, a mirror, two nightstands, with lamps and 2 large cabinets with shelves for your things…

There are two indoor bathrooms and private outside bathroom with a hot shower and toilet in a tropical setting with jasmine blooming.
-Bathroom 1 in the hallway has a shower, two vanities, 2 mirrors, one sink, and a toilet.
-Bathroom 2 is down the hall with access to the outdoor hot shower and toilet. This bathroom has a large tub, shower, vanity, 2 mirrors, and a toilet

Visit 5th Avenue in Indialantic just a couple of miles down the road. Restaurants, tavern, boutiques, bike rentals, surf shop rentals. The Village Market has great premade foods, wine, pizza and a rooftop bar.
