Find a gorgeous renovation in a prime location at this midtown Ocean City condo, ideally situated less than a block from the beach. This is a place for days full of swimming, surfing, and boogie boarding, and evenings spent sipping cocktails on the balcony in the fragrant sea breeze.
This first-floor condo sits in the heart of midtown (36th Street), with the beach half a block east and Coastal Highway half a block west. There's an incredible sense of ease here, from the covered parking to the beach chairs and umbrella provided for your use. Within a half-mile stroll, you'll find the northern end of the Ocean City Boardwalk, the Roland E. Powell Convention Center, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, and an array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully remodeled living space, full of elegant touches and high-end finishes. Enjoy a custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a center island with bar seating. In the afternoons, slide open double sets of glass doors to let in the ocean breeze from the balcony. In the evenings, pile on the soft sectional in the adjacent living room for movie nights with your loved ones.
After sunset on the balcony and a few board games in the living room, leave the day's swimsuits in the care of the washer/dryer and retire to two comfortable bedrooms. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom; the guest room is paired with another full bathroom. Central air and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V, of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
