If you're staying at our home, just 6 minutes from Rainbow Springs Headsprings or 16 minutes from WEC. The home comes with a standard driveway with additional space in the front of the home for parking, so you can easily rent a car or bring your own and have a secure place to park it.

Renting a car is highly recommended if you want to explore the surrounding areas, as public transportation options are limited. With your own car, you can easily access the nearby attractions like Crystal River, where you can swim with manatees, or Rainbow River, where you can go tubing down the clear blue water.

If you don't want to drive, you can also consider using ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft to get around. Just keep in mind that you may have to wait longer for a ride in this quieter neighborhood than you would in a more urban area.

For those interested in exploring the local parks and trails, both biking and walking are great options. The nearby Dunnellon Trailhead is just 10 minutes away and provides access to the Withlacoochee State Trail, a 46-mile paved trail that's popular with bikers and hikers alike. The trail runs through a beautiful natural setting and offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

Overall, while having a car will give you the most flexibility when it comes to getting around, there are other options available if you prefer not to drive. Just be sure to plan ahead and do your research to ensure you can easily and safely explore all the area has to offer.

Bailee's Bliss is pet-friendly! Let us know if you'll be brining your four-legged friend.
1. Please treat our home with the same love and respect you would your own home. Please leave our place in the same condition as you found it, including moving all furniture back to where it was upon arrival.
2. Although we are pet friendly, we request that you only bring well-behaved dogs. We allow one dog with pet fee and two on case by case basis. No cats. Please clean up after your dog, this is not included in our yard maintenance or cleaning fee. We do require a $65.00 pet fee. That fee will be added to your reservation when you include the number of pets on your reservation request along with the number of people who will be staying at the property.
3. Check-in is at 4 pm. We will send a key code to you before check-in.
4. Absolutely NO parking on the grass.
5. Please do not tamper with the fire pit equipment without first reading through the instructions. This is for ambiance and warmth only. Please no food cooking.
6. ALWAYS lock the doors when you leave the house.
7. No smoking or vaping inside.
8. No fireworks.
9. Please respect our very quiet neighborhood and keep it quiet after 10pm. No parties, events, or large gatherings. Complaints from neighbors or violation of house rules, could result is removal from the property and your reservation will be canceled without refund.
10. You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or your guests during your stay. This may include extra charges via your booking platform.
11. Do not block security cameras (exterior at the doors) or tamper with WIFI.
12. We have weekly trash service on Tuesday, kindly take your trash out to the end of the driveway on Sunday night for Tuesday morning pick-up.
13. We are on a septic system, do not flush anything other than toilet paper and human waste.
14. Please don’t leave doors open as wasps and yellow jackets among many other bugs that are prevalent in the area could enter. No matter how clean we keep the house a bug or two may sneak in, don’t be alarmed, this is common for the area. If there is a bug problem, please notify us immediately and we will take care of it.
15. We have set the garage to be disabled due to the fun family games we have installed for your enjoyment.
16. The yard is maintained every Wednesday.
17. All overnight guest must be on the reservation.
18. No illegal drug use.
19. Check out time is 11:00 am.
20. Minimum age for registered primary guest is 21 years.
21. Guests are not permitted to charge their electric vehicles none of the sockets at Bailee’s Bliss have been certified as safe to use to charge a vehicle, even with the use of a ‘Granny charger’. This practice carries significant risk of fire and/or damage to our property or your vehicle. Our insurance policy excludes cover relating to this practice and you would be strictly liable for any damage caused.
22. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break or damage anything please let us know immediately so that we can take steps to repair or replace it.
