Ideally located, you’ll find Rodanthe Pier Place, Salvo Day Use Area, and Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge. Spend a day taking a leisurely stroll along the pier, playing beach games, birdwatching, or exploring the refuge’s diverse habitats.

Back home, you’re just steps away from the beach for easy swimming, sunbathing, and lounging on the sandy shore. Community sound access is perfect for launching windsurfing and kite-boarding gear or exploring the calm, shallow waters in a kayak. Community tennis courts are also within walking distance.

Inside this oasis, be welcomed by a sun-soaked, open-concept living area featuring plush seating, balcony access, and charming, colorful decor.
