Kitchen is stocked with: dishes, silverware, cups, mugs, wine glasses, pots/pans, kitchen utensils, dish soap/sponge, hand soap, garbage bags, fire extinguisher, cleaning solution, cleaning rags, kitchen hand towels, oven mitts, leftover containers, coffee pot, toaster, knives, cutting board, and coffee.
Bathroom is stocked with: hand soap, towels, garbage bags, hair dryer, and first aid kit.
Mattress has mattress protector and pillows have pillow protectors that are washed between each stay to ensure CLEAN and SAFE sleeping quarters.
One free parking spot is provided, along with free street parking. Public bus stops are also nearby. This apartment is centrally located to everything in Grand Rapids. You can be to any highway or in the heart of downtown in less than 5 minutes. There are many bus stops nearby as well as numerous electric scooters and bikes for rent across the city. Also, Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the city.
