Living Room: Spacious, bright and open living room with 2 couches, 2 reclining chairs, large ottoman, large Smart TV and sliding door access to private balcony.

Dining Room: Large table with seating for 8 (plus 3 in adjacent kitchen), large buffet and two beverage fridges

Kitchen: Large, open fully-stocked kitchen with two-door refrigerator, freezer and ice-maker, (new) dishwasher, (new) 5-burner gas stove, oven, toaster oven, microwave, coffee machine (Pot and K-cups) and seating for 3 at breakfast bar. Included: glass and plastic plates, bowls and cups, eating and cooking utensils, and pots and pans. Set of plates, bowls and utensils for toddlers provided. Paper towels, dish soap, detergent and general cleaning supplies are also provided.

Bedrooms: All bedrooms have smart TVs, room darkening curtains, ceiling fans, white noise machines and extra plugs for charging phones.

Bathrooms: Large hall bathroom with bathtub/shower combo and master bathroom with double vanity and shower only. Toilet paper, hand soap and hair dryers are provided.

Entertainment: Free high-speed wireless internet. 85" smart TV in living room, 55" smart TV in pink bedroom and green bedroom and 65" smart TV in blue bedroom. All have HDMI cords for your gaming consoles and apps for your favorite subscription services (YouTube TV included). Several board and card games are also provided.

Laundry Room: Full size washer and dryer with detergent and fabric softener dryer sheets provided. Cleaning tools such as a vacuum, carpet/upholstery cleaner, swiffer and broom available for use.

Outside shower: Rinse off after a long day at the beach in our private outdoor shower.

Parking/Garage: Parking for 3 cars. 2 spots in shared garage (shared with upstairs unit) and 1 spot in driveway. Large locked storage room in back of garage for beach equipment.

Sheets & Towels: Pillows and comforters are provided. Bring your own sheets & bath towels. Optionally, they can be provided for an extra fee (see Add-ons).

Beach equipment: 2 beach carts, 2 umbrellas, 8-10 chairs and two coolers are provided. Bring your own Beach towels. Beach tags are not required as Wildwood beaches are free!

Local Equipment Rentals:

-For bicycles there are several local options nearby, including Surf Bike Rentals, which is ~2 blocks from Wildwood Sign

Special notes:
-We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 and do not rent for "Senior Week".
-This is a family-friendly property with both rental units and full time residents. No loud noise past 11:00pm per HOA regulations.
-Unit is professionally cleaned between tenants. Cleaning service is a fixed fee (pass-thru, no markup) regardless of stay length.
