This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is in an ideal location., you can walk to restaurants and shops, as well as one of the best beaches in the area La Jolla Shores. This place has everything you could possibly need in an Airbnb, including high-speed WIFI, a sleek 48-inch TV with Roku, new appliances in the kitchen, and more. On-site amenities include tennis courts, a small gym, a pool, and a hot tub. Ideal for small families or professionals.

The space
Inside, modern design welcomes you. The main living area has comfy seating and a TV area. There are six chairs at the dining table in addition to an open concept seating space in the newly equipped and fully furnished kitchen. There will always be a lot of light in the common area thanks to the large windows.

There is ample space for everyone to rest and unwind in each of the two bedrooms, which also have plenty of storage. Each bedroom has a king-size bed covered in plush pillows and linens. The sofa in the living room can be made into a queen bed; additional pillows and linens are kept in the storage closet. The washer and dryer in the condo make laundry day easier. You will be able to use the larger laundry machines in the shared laundry room on site within the complex. There is free off street parking and few guests parking in the complex. At the moment the private private garage is closed for maintenance we are unsure when this will reopened.

4-minute drive to La Jolla Shores Beach or 15 minutes walk to the beach . Enjoy being on top of the world while remaining close to all the area's dining, entertainment, and excitement. Downtown San Diego is just 15 minutes away.

Pets: we do allow small trained dogs to stay but no large dogs.

PARKING:
Since March 8th 2024 The private parking is not available due to maintentance work. We are not sure when this will be resolved.
HOA. The tenant acknowledges that any maintenance or upkeep of amenities provided by the Homeowners Association (HOA), including but not limited to common.
areas, swimming pools, gyms or the facilities, is beyond the control of the landlord.
The landlord shall not be held responsible for any disruption or closure of HOA amenities during the rental period.

We require for all guests to sign an additional terms and conditions before they check in.
