In under 15 minutes drive time, you can be at several of San Diego's best spots like beautiful beaches (Mission, Ocean, or Pacific), Little Italy, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town, or Fashion Valley Mall, to name a few.

Parking: There are plenty of options for easy and convenient parking. There is one attached parking spot for a small to midsize car in the uncovered, gated carport right outside the front door.
