Minutes from downtown - only 3 miles to The Gatlinburg Pkwy and attractions such as Anakeesta, and Skylift Park, but quiet and private for ultimate relaxation after a long busy day. Close proximity to the National Park Entrance, on a typical day only a 20 minute drive to the park entrance!
The cabin has a king suite, loft with twin bunk beds, and a sofa pull out couch. Pond is for admiring for its beauty & the ducks, but no fishing or swimming.

No steep roads or driveway! Ramp and no stairs to access the cabin. Private driveway and parking spots. Main bedroom and full bath on main floor.

During Winter, a creek and small waterfall runs alongside the entire length of your private deck and outdoor sitting area. 3 miles to downtown Gatlinburg, but set back in a private and woodsy location away from the hustle and bustle.
Clubhouse and heated pool access. Pool seasonal Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

- Pets allowed with a 30lb max + a one (1) pet maximum. Pet fee is $150. Any pet must be crated if left alone at the property & not allowed on the furniture or beds - if rules are not followed and additional cleaning is required an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
- Minimum age for primary renter is 25. No large gatherings or parties. Keep all noise to a minimum starting at 10PM (community quiet time). No smoking/vaping in or around the property.
- Please turn off outdoor lights when not in use. Because of the size of our cabin, we have a 4 person maximum. - Please note there is a 200 pound weight limit on top bunk bed.
