After a long day filled with adventure, curl up on the comfortable living room furniture and enjoy a movie on the large living room TV or browse social media courtesy of the free WiFi. A gorgeous kitchen features plenty of workspaces, all major appliances (and many minor ones!), and everything you need to chef up anything from a quick snack to a lavish brunch and exquisite dinner (just bring your own ingredients!).

Our Black Bear Ridge Mountain Views cabin has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 12 people. Two rooms have king beds, one room has a queen bed, and the other room has a queen bunk bed – perfect for the kids! The two couches in the living room and theater room open up to queen-size sleepers for extra guests. 3 full bathrooms means no waiting in line for the shower in the mornings! There's even a washer and dryer for cleaning clothes and/or towels.

This cabin is secluded enough for a getaway while still being accessible to all the shops and attractions your heart desires. A relaxing soak in the steamy hot tub is the perfect way to wind down your day.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests may access the entire cabin and yard. WiFi is provided for quick work or entertainment needs. Keyless self-entry with keypad and Smartlock, so you don’t have to check in at an office!

🏔️4 Vehicle Maximum - No RVs or Campers! (there is overflow parking)
🏔️Pets allowed🐶🐱- $100 non-refundable pet fee. Be sure to pack crate and bedding. Please crate your pet when you aren’t there. Any scratches or damages will result in an extra charge. Dogs and cats only. 2 pets maximum! Must pay a pet fee, we will know if you bring pets. Please clean up after your pet!
🏔️Hot tub should be entered at your own risk. The hot tub will have been professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. All children must be supervised while using the hot tub. Hot tub has bromine tablets in it. We are not responsible for any jewelry or clothing damage if worn in the hot tub. A shower should be taken before and after entering a hot tub per guidelines of Sevier County Health Department.
🏔️We do routine pest control around the property, but being a cabin in the woods, there may be occasional bugs. Please keep doors and windows closed to prevent bugs from coming inside.
🏔️To keep clothes and towels fresh and clean, there’s a laundry closet with a washing machine and dryer. You may bring your own detergent and dryer sheets if you wish.
🏔️There is not a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, so please dispose of food waste in the trash.
🏔️Cabin is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of both short-term rentals and permanent residents. Parties are forbidden. If you plan to party, this is not the cabin for you.
🏔️We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoos, and dishwasher pods. You’ll likely need to bring more.
🏔️Bring your own condiments, creamers, seasonings, oil, and anything else you think you’ll need to make your stay more enjoyable.
🏔️We also provide a starter set of towels. The washer and dryer may be used if towels get dirty or wet. You are welcome to bring additional towels with you also.
🏔️You will likely see and hear critters, including rabbits, turkeys, and bears. Please do NOT feed the bears or attempt to get close to the bears or any wildlife.
🏔️This cabin isn’t on the Parkway. It is quiet, relaxing, and a breath of fresh air. If you want the traffic, noise, and lights of Pigeon Forge, this will not be a good fit! We love the remote nature of this cabin and the beautiful country drive down the 2-lane road to Sevierville. The views are amazing.
🚫NO late checkout or early check in. If you arrive early or leave late, there will be a $100 charge per hour.
