Or make a day of it and jump on board a whale watching boat or deep sea fishing vessel in Perkins Cove. Downtown York Beach is about 5 minutes from this conveniently located home. There, you will find many more restaurants, bars, shopping, a great playground for the kids and York's Wild Kingdom. This is a zoo and small amusement park. Play mini-golf, ride the Carousel, see the animals and enjoy some cotton candy. Better yet, stroll to Fox's Restaurant for drinks and dinner but save room for ice cream from the famous Dunne's Ice Cream shop directly across the street!
