Welcome to our home! Our fully furnished spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, plus den is located in the gorgeous gated community of Autumn Woods with acres of lush preserve, lakes, and walking trails. The villa is located two miles from the glistening white beaches and within 10 - 20 minutes from Mercato, Ritz Carlton, Venetian Village, Fifth Avenue, and Naples Pier. Amenities at Autumn Woods include a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, pickleball and tennis courts, playground, basketball court, fitness center, and clubhouse.

The villa features a large comfortable living room that opens up onto the spacious lanai facing west overlooking the lake and across from the community clubhouse and pool. The lanai has an outdoor grill and seating for six at the dining table. The indoor dining area also seats six. The completely equipped kitchen has counter seating for two. The large en-suite bedroom has a king bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds, and the den has a couch/trundle bed that sleeps two. There are two full bathrooms. The back entryway has a washer and dryer. The villa includes Wi-Fi and three TVs with streaming through DIRECTV (ultimate package) with Netflix and HBOMax. There is broadcast network television (no local Florida channels on the firestick). We have plenty of beach chairs and towels!

The garage will be occupied by the owner’s cars, but there is parking in the driveway. HOA requires minimum rental of 30 days, along with an application/background check of $150. Note that approval can take up to a month.
