Family Retreat, Spacious 4BR in Residential Neighborhood in Stamford!

My name is Visley, please call me V. I'm married to a wonderful woman, and we just had our first child, a very cute boy who keeps me busy at night. We also have "the baby" which is our handsome 1 year old cat that we treat like a baby.

We are located in "Turn of River," one of the best neighborhoods in Stamford, CT. Living in Turn of River offers a sparse suburban feel with a close contact with the country side and nature. Many residents here are young professionals, retirees, and from different backgrounds and ethnic groups, which makes Turn of River a very diverse neighborhood. Most residents own their properties and take great care of their yards and in up-keeping their homes. Since most homes are located in big parcels of land, (14,000 sf), we enjoy great privacy and spacious living conditions, with huge backyards, driveways, and also plenty of street-parking.

Turn of River is a very green, clean and safe neighborhood, ideal for long walks, hiking, bicycling and for appreciating the beauty landscape transformed in each one of the four seasons.

At a 6 minutes driving distance from Stamford's vibrant downtow area, which I consider the best downtown area in CT, you will enjoy the proximity to great restaurants, supermarkets, malls, and a great variety of stores and service providers.

We also enjoy easy access to NYcity. By car via Merritt Pkwy or I-95, you can reach the Big Apple in 50 minutes. By train, you can drive or Uber to the Stamford train station within 6 minutes and catch a Metro North train that will get you to the City in 50 minutes.

We believe that our property stands out with a combination of three main qualities: Cleanliness, Privacy, and Quietness.

Cleanliness: We follow COVID cleaning guidelines, and go beyond the recommended best practices. We are meticulous in cleaning every part of the house and item provided. We are proud of our cleaning techniques. With that in mind, you will notice that the place is not crowded with unecessary or personal things. Since we use the house exclusively for short term renting, we do not keep personal items hanging around. We strive to provide a place with a minimalist touch, where guests feel comfortable and sure that cleanliness is our our top priority.

Privacy: exclusive enjoyment of property, (14,000 sf), with a sun room and back porch facing a huge backyard, you will have plenty of privacy. We will provide check in and checkout instructions and respond to any questions you might have during your stay. We will not be in the premisses or be sending many unecessary messages. Unless you request our presence to assist with an issue or there is another issue reported to us, we will not interfere with your quiet enjoyment.

Quietness: Our house is located in a very neighborhood, with only a few cars passing every hour on the street, you will have a great night sleep and don't hear much of anything outside. It is so quiet that sometimes after the rain you will be able to hear the sound of water running in a nearby creek, which is a great sound for deep sleeping.
