Cozy Brooklyn Room

This house is located within 2 - 4 blocks of all your essential needs : laundromats , supermarkets, cleaners, train stations (J,L,A,C,) restaurants.

The apartment is occupied by two other tenants . One tenant is in the room next door , and another in the master bedroom .You may have guests but not overnight . And not excessive guest. I ask that for any guests arriving, you please notify myself with their name and when they will be visiting. This is so all guests are aware of new faces entering the home.
The bathroom is shared with the tenant next door and the kitchen and living room are shared by all in the apartment.

The backyard & rooms other than yours , are not accessible.

The apartment is very homely, quiet and cozy.
Everyone is respectful of each others space and it creates a nice living situation.
Guest access
Guests have access to their bedroom , the kitchen , bathroom and dining room .

I will be available to offer any help that is needed
Other things to note
The room is currently on the market to be rented. So there will be occasions where I need access to show the room to potential tenants. I will always give you a heads up to when I will need access.

Please no hanging , sitting, smoking in front the house or neighbors house.

All garbage can be placed in the cans in the apartment . (garbage will be put out regularly by home cleaner)

If at any time there is an overflow, there are additional bags in the kitchen, and it can be taken out and put next to the can inside.
