Serene Studio in Emerald Hills

Come and enjoy a night in beautiful Emerald Hills. This cozy and private studio will make you feel right at home. If you love nature, you might run into some deer wandering the streets.
The space
This private guesthouse has its own separate entrance and a relaxing vibe. Warm yourself in front of the electric fireplace. Enjoy a good nights rest in the king sized memory foam bed. Enjoy a cup of espresso in the morning.
The guesthouse is centrally located in the Peninsula. We are 30 mins away from the heart of San Francisco, and 30 mins away from the heart of San Jose. There are some great restaurants about 1-2 blocks away that is easily walkable.

**We do have a charming short hair, medium sized puppy in training (Entlebucher) with restricted access to the house and backyard-- the studio is detached from house (She is not generally around the outside of the studio) **

Please note if you stay more than 32 days, there will be a 15% discount. If it doesn't automatically show up, message me and I will adjust.
Guest access
You have the entire guesthouse to yourself. If you are staying with us for an extended period of time, laundry can be arranged. There is a closet inside where you may store your belongings. Inside the closet, you will see an iron, ironing board, and cleaning supplies if needed.

*Please note that this is a studio. There are no walls, but there is a partition to separate the bed and living room area.

Accessibility: This studio has a standard width staircase with about 15 steps required for entry. The entrance is across the grass, on occasion the solar lights are dim or dark.
Other things to note
Sometimes in the mornings, the garage door will be opened and closed. The studio is right above the garage.
