While the resort is only a mile from your door, this home is also within a few miles of several other local attractions, including the Snodgrass Trailhead, Rainbow Park, the Eldo Brewery, and CB Motorsports Inc. for side-by-side UTV and snowmobile rentals. This home is also within walking distance of a kid-friendly park and tennis courts. During your stay, be sure to utilize a free ride service like Uber via the First Tracks app to go from the house to the mountain resort or anywhere else in Mt Crested Butte!

Completely remodeled and on the rental market for the first time, this home is ideal for a family or group of friends and offers a variety of desirable amenities throughout. Start by preparing all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen with a wine fridge and loads of other helpful accessories, then dine together at the nearby table. After meals, relax outside on your furnished deck and soak up the sunshine in your fenced yard, or take your pick from two separate living areas (one on each floor) equipped with comfortable seating and TVs for streaming all your favorite channels. The lower-level living space includes a convenient wet bar and full bathroom, making it a great room for hanging out!

For sleeping options, choose from any of the bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. This home also includes a private washer/dryer for your convenience.

The fireplace is not operational.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
