This updated home away from home has a newer roof (2018), new central air (2022), and new pavers surrounding the saltwater pool. When it comes to outdoor living, this idyllic retreat does not miss! The large screened lanai is perfect for entertaining with a sparkling heated pool, breathtakingly beautiful canal views where dolphins frequent, a covered patio with outdoor dining, and a gas grill for memorable barbecues with your loved ones. From here, you can easily access the private dock that can tie up to one small boat.

Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room, offering a fantastic spot to unwind with family and friends as you watch fun shows and movies on the smart TV. There is a wet bar should you feel like showing off your bartending skills. A full kitchen is available to prepare culinary masterpieces for the crew - it's equipped with all the essentials and then some. Challenge your friends to an entertaining foosball match or take one of the two adult bikes out for a ride!

The primary bedroom has direct access to the lanai, a large smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a fabulous soaking tub, offering an excellent way to relax at the end of a sunny day in Southwest Florida. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and a pool bath (second bathroom).

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
