This town house was a great place to stay. Very modern and close to downtown Seattle. I was there with my husband and 14 year old for 8 days from Alaska.
You should know that this is a 3 floor town house, 4 floors including the roof top access. 1st floor entry hall way has a very small bedroom and a separate shower/bathroom. Everything was very clean and well kept. Second floor is the living space and kitchen which was very nice to have, especially after I was discharged from Virginia Mason. The third floor main bedroom with walk in closet and two sink bathroom and washer dryer. Very modern and nice. Both of the sinks were clogged and drained very slowly. I let the owners know, and they said they would make note of it but never came to fix the problem. The blinds in the living room area are controlled by a fixture on the wall. We had many questions about how to operate it and why some weren't working. We didn't get an ultimate answer to this until the day we left.
But we did really like the house and area. Lots of cute restaurants near by, and a market. Located about 10-15 minutes from downtown. Made travel to and from doctors appointments convenient.
The owners did respond to messages, but sometimes not immediately in comparison to if we had a cell phone to text, but they didn't want to give us their cell phone number. You can only communicate with them through the VRBO app so don't expect immediate answers.
