As you enter this multi-level home away from home, you will discover a first floor with a spacious primary suite with a living area, a mini-fridge, a smart TV with streaming, an elliptical machine, an en suite bathroom, and access to a private patio with a small seating area and hammocks. The second floor enjoys a bright and airy open floor plan with a welcoming living room, dining area, and full kitchen. Spread out comfortably in the living room, furnished with inviting sofas, a recliner, a smart TV, and a workspace with a printer. When mealtime comes, whip up delicious culinary masterpieces in the well-appointed, open kitchen. If the weather is nice enough, you can dine alfresco thanks to the outdoor dining area and outdoor seating. And last, but not least, the upper level boasts three bedrooms, one of which is the second primary suite with an en suite bathroom. Additional perks include a community outdoor pool, a washer/dryer, and board games.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming only with guest’s own account. No cable.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
There is a boat launch next to the pool. No long-term or overnight parking of boats or trailers at the boat ramp/pier overflow parking is permitted.
A Delaware fishing license is required for ages 16 - 64 in all waterways, including crabbing off of the pier.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
