Welcome to Grand Lagoon Cove # 51! As you enter this beautiful townhome, you're welcomed with a cozy, warm, inviting space with coastal decor and plenty of room for you to spread out. In the living room is a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and beautiful views of the lagoon. The kitchen boasts extreme charm with Serena and Lily barstools, colorful paintings, and a rattan light fixture to tie everything together. There are stainless steel appliances and plenty of necessities to ensure your vacation is maximized to its fullest.
Right off of the kitchen area is a paddle board that doubles as decoration and an actual paddle board that the homeowners allow their guests to use in the lagoon (and only the lagoon - please no beach!).
The bedrooms are off of the main hallway, and the coastal decor continues throughout these areas. With a king bed in the master with an en-suite bath, and a queen bed + a set of twin bunks in the second bedroom with the hall bath just right next door.
There is a washer + dryer in the unit to use at your leisure with 2 detergent pods provided during the length of your stay.

~ There is assigned parking for this unit. Please park in the space labeled 51, additional cars can park in the front in the overflow parking, which is directly behind the assigned parking.
~ This unit has a paddleboard for guest use (for lagoon use only, and can not be taken off of the property. The guest is liable for any damage to it.
~ There are beach chairs and beach/sand toys for guest use available in the balcony storage closet. Use at your leisure, we just ask that you rinse any sand off and replace it when finished. If there are additional cleaning measures that must be provided due to an increase in sand or if any appear to be damaged, there will be a fee taken out of your security deposit.
~ Also in the outdoor balcony storage unit is a highchair and pack-n-play.
~ Public beach access is 8 minutes (3 miles) away.
~ Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. This home resides in a small community with long-term 30A residents and is very much a family-friendly area! All loud noises will be reported.
~ NO events or parties are allowed at this property! If we find that guests hold a party without the host's permission, additional cleaning fees will be assessed.
~ If, in the unfortunate event, an event or party is held without the host's permission and disrupts neighbors, guests will be asked to immediately vacate the property.
~ There is to be NO smoking inside OR on the exterior property of this home. Any sign of smoking anywhere on this property will result in additional cleaning fees and will be taken out of your deposit.
~ Please do not re-arrange the furniture. This could result in damages to the property and additional charges. The owner of this property loves their home and arranged it this way for a reason and for your enjoyment!
~ NO illegal drugs or firearms are allowed on the property. If this is suspected, guests will answer to the authorities and the guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
~ Unfortunately, this property cannot accept animals of any kind - this includes Service Animals.
