This beautiful casita built under the avocado tree is amazing. It has storage under the bed for clothes, backpacks, and personal items. There is a full kitchen (minus oven), blender, french press, coffee pot, stove, fridge, and a washing machine for laundry (50q per load). The 3/4 bath with rain head in the shower has an on-demand boiler. Within this secure property you will find gardens with fruit trees and owners on site. Firewood is provided for the firepit, do not abuse this privilege. Though it does have blackout curtains, I encourage you to go to bed early and get up with the birds and the sunrise and sounds of nature in the morning. The sunrises from the swing are amazing. Starlink WiFi, Netflix, and a Cat 5 cable provided. Net 0 property, we produce more energy than we consume with more than 11kw of solar electric panels and solar water heaters.

Paved access, 150 meters from the road with about 150 stairs. We offer street parking, not a private area. I have had my motorcycle parked out front since 2018 and have never had a problem. This is a very safe neighborhood. We live on site and have 6 small casitas all with their own private space.

90 meters of paved sidewalk from the road to the gate with 50 stairs AND potentially 90 meters and 100 stairs more to the highest casita on the property. We are 2.5km from the tourist center. I recommend parking your car in the road in front of our property instead of using a parqueo in town. It is much safer here than in the center. This is a very safe neighborhood.
