Perfect for business use
We've rented 2 of Steve's condos for business use. Both stays were months long, and the guys staying there were very satisfied. Steve is quick to reply and is awesome to deal with and his prices are great, much cheaper than hotels. Both rentals have been clean and cozy and perfect for what we needed. Close to downtown and all amenities. I'd highly recommend staying at one of Steve's condos.
Visiting grand kids was excellent!!
We recently spent 9 days in Edmonton visiting grandchildren. We had stayed at Steve's place before and wanted to stay again because it was great last fall. When Steve heard we would have small kids hanging around there, he very kindly suggested another rental property he owned, also in the city center. We took him up on the offer and were glad we did. The apartment was bigger, had a beautiful west facing, large balcony with BBQ, an indoor pool, and all for the same price. It was excellent. There was enough room in the apartment for us all to visit, and the long hallway leading to the elevator was lots of fun for little ones learning to walk. All the neighbours we met in our ups and downs on the elevator were super friendly and really nice which was a bonus. The apartment had everything we needed, and Steve provided a playpen and child seat (which was a hit and doubled as a learning toy). Steve was very accommodating and looked after us very well. We accidently left a cell phone behind and he promptly put it in the mail to us the next day, awesome. Thanks Steve for your hospitality, hopefully we can stay at one of your places again soon.
Worked Out Perfectly
We spent 9 days in Edmonton visiting kids and grandchildren. We knew we wanted a place where we could stay that was separate from our kids place and where we could have the grandchildren visit. This apartment couldn't have worked out better. Location was great, near to downtown, Rogers Place and the Commonwealth Stadium and Community Pool. The place was clean and tidy and had everything we needed to make meals, enjoy happy hour (the balcony seating was perfect for that) and watch the sunset. The entertainment set up was super, TV, DVD, sound system. If you're looking for a place to stay that is close to downtown, Rogers Place, Stadium and that is cozy and well set up for living comfortably, then you can't go wrong with this property. The owner was great. He was there if we needed anything but stayed out of our hair and let us feel as though the place was ours. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend this property.
Great location - walk to downtown events and restaurants!
Great little apartment. My husband and I were very comfortable here and loved having a full-service, clean unit to stay in. Kitchen is very well stocked and owners left us little treats to make us feel welcome. Comfy beds and furniture. Views of downtown are fantastic.
We had a great vacation in Edmonton. Steve was easy to deal with and came to show us where to park (underground was a bonus) and pointed out some things to us in the rental. Check in and out was smooth and easy. The property is exactly as pictured in the photos and was clean when we arrived. The views were spectacular both during the day and at night. We had access to a car, otherwise might have found the walk to town a bit long. I would recommend this rental.
Overall nice property, cozy & comfortable
This property is in a great location, owner was good to deal with and everything we needed was there. Underground parking was definitely a plus. Some unwelcome guest in between lobby doors when we were trying to leave, however completely out of owners control. I would use this property again!
Tolle Lage, nur wenige Minuten, so viel und über die Straße aus dem Flusstal und Wander-und Radwege. Am Rande der Innenstadt, mit herrlicher Aussicht. So viele müssen zu sehen und muss Tätigkeiten so nah zu tun.
