Someone will meet you upon arriving to the Villa.

In the meantime, please make sure to read the following prior to your stay.

IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

PLEASE NOTE: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Concierge services can be provided for an additional hourly fee. Please inquire with any requests and examples of what you are looking for. Please let us know at least 1 week in advance as we have many options to offer and we can schedule an itinerary per your request.

Responsible Guest on the reservation must send a copy of the front and back of their driver’s license and a list of the people that will be staying at the property at least 24 hours prior to check-in and prior to receiving any access codes.

Guests have the option to request heating of the Jacuzzi and Pool. The fee to heat the Jacuzzi and Pool for 24 hours is $275 (Guests must pay the fee for the entire time (not just selected nights as it is programmed in advance and would not change during the stay). For this price, the pool will be heated to 82 degrees, and at any time you can switch to jacuzzi to get to 104 degrees (time to heat est. at 2 hrs). Payment is required upfront and we must be notified at least 24 hours prior to check-in for us to check the system and start to warm it. If less than 24 hours notice is given, we can try to accommodate, but there is no guarantee. Jacuzzi and pool are heated to 102 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit, respectively.

Early check-in starting as early as 6:00 a.m. can be accommodated only after reservation (but a minimum of 72 hours in advance) for a rate of 1/2 of the fee charged for the following night.

Guests do not have access to drawers or cabinets with fingerprint locks on them. Guests will not have access to a storage closet off of the entry, limited kitchen cabinets, and one of the walk-in closets and cabinets in the master bedroom. Guests will still have access to most cabinets/closets throughout the house including 1 walk-in closet and 1 cabinet in the master bedroom.

Guests have the option to request additional cleaning during their stay for $320/cleaning. Guests must notify us at least 72 hours before for us to be more likely to successfully accommodate the request. Saturday and Sunday cleanings are more difficult to accommodate, but we will do our best if requested. Additional cleaning would include washing of sheets, re-making beds, and cleaning of floors and bathrooms.

For guest stays of approximately a week or more, Guests understand that someone will come to water the indoor plants during regular business hours. Guests also understand that the pool, maintenance, and/or landscape team will also have exterior access for their regular maintenance work during their stays.

Policies:
Prior to Check-In: Responsible Guests on the reservation must send a copy of the front and back of their driver’s license and a list of the people who will be staying at the property at least 24 hours prior to check-in and prior to receiving any access codes.

Any check-in before or after the designated window should be approved by the Host.

Checkout time: 11:00 am on date of departure

Guests should complete checkout by leaving any host-provided keys on the kitchen counter and should not leave belongings at the listing past the designated checkout time for storage or later pickup as that is not permitted.

Parking: Guests should park their vehicles between the house and the wooden gate. No guest is authorized to park outside of the wooden gate in the driveway. The rest of the driveway is the neighbor’s space to park or needs to be left open for everyone to access.

Pool & Jacuzzi Heating: Guests have the option to request heating of the Jacuzzi and Pool.

Pool Alarm/Fence: In the event that the guest list includes or the Guest is inviting children or anyone who cannot swim to the property, please notify us and we will set up the pool fence and alarms on the doors for everyone’s safety.

Trash: Guests should put their trash in the trash bags under the kitchen sink and then leave them inside trash bins located in the cul-de-sac in the bins. Further info is provided upon booking. Black is trash and Blue is recycling. Any excess trash that does not fit in the bins can be left in the area behind the grey metal gates at the end of the driveway (just past the wooden gate).

Kitchen Appliances: All of the kitchen appliances on the main living space can be used by Guests.

Cold Water: Cold water is available directly from the fridge dispenser built into the wall on the left side close to the bottom shelf.

Instant Hot Water: Filtered instant-hot water (as well as filtered cold water) is available in the small faucet located to the left of the kitchen sink faucet. Please be cautious when dispensing hot water and do not allow children to operate themselves.

Coffee Maker: The operating instructions for the coffee maker are in the guest book. Upon completion, please empty and clean any remaining coffee remains in the coffee maker.

1st Floor Kitchen: The kitchen in the first-floor area was not marketed and photos were not provided in the listing. You can use the refrigerator, but please DO NOT use the dishwasher, microwave, or oven on the 1st floor.

Dishwasher/Clean Up: Guests should always load dirty dishes into the dishwasher prior to check out (soap is under the sink) and may use it throughout their stay.

Elevator: Guests are permitted to use the elevator which reaches all levels of the house except for the top roof deck. Please no more than 2 guests at a time. Use the “call” buttons to call it to your corresponding floor and please be patient as the elevator is set to the maximum rate, but does take a few moments.

Laundry: You will have access to our washer and dryer as well. All linens have been washed prior to your arrival, but feel free to wash personal items during your stay as needed. There are laundry “pods” in the cabinet above the dryer. Put the pod in the far left compartment and make sure the small white divider in the tray is towards the top. When starting both machines, you will need to press and hold for 3 seconds for them to start.
