The home boasts excellent sunlight floor featuring beautiful chef kitchen with new countertops and stainless steel appliances, a dining room and main living area all finely decorated. This floor also provides direct access to a private courtyard with plenty of room for outdoor dining. This level also features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.

Adding to the space is an entertainment room located on ground level with game room and pool table, its own full bath and direct access to the outside. This level has bedroom 3.

Property amenities include fully stocked kitchen, furnished bedrooms, game room, central A/C and heater, exclusive pool access with outdoor dining/seating, grill and steam bath in on of the bathrooms. A steam generator is installed in the basement bathroom, allowing you to luxuriate in its steam.

ADDITIONAL:
We do have video surveillance of the front door, driveway which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

We welcome all groups (friends and families) to our home, as long as rules are followed. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties and events.

Note: Given the close proximity to the airport, you might occasionally hear airplane sounds when seating outdoors.
