The condo is walking distance to the Oceanside Pier and downtown Oceanside dining at a distance of 0.3 miles, a 5-7 minute walk. Other attractions such as Legoland is a 17 minute drive, Del Mar Race Track is a 23 minute drive, Sea World is a 36 minute drive, San Diego Zoo or the San Diego Zoo Safari Park are both about a 40 minute drive, and Disneyland is a 1 hour drive.

This condo does not have air conditioning, but has a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months.
