There's no shortage of attractions everyone is sure to love, some of which are so close you don't even need a car to reach them, such as East Nashville Beer Works, Grimey's New & Preloved Music, and Hola Yoga. Just over a mile from you is Highland Yards, a vibrant development of restaurants and retail options guests can explore. Other local favorites include Rice Vice, Red Arrow Gallery, The Fox Bar & Cocktail Club, Southern Grist Brewing Company, Shelby Park, Tennessee State Museum, and the farmer's market, while Nissan Stadium and TPAC are a short drive away. Speaking of which, if you're not up for driving, ride-hailing services are easily accessible from here!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
