Woodland Hygge's radiant curb appeal is composed of mature landscaping and a covered front patio, complete with rocking chairs. Walking inside, you will instantly take notice of the living room's vaulted ceilings, electric fireplace, large TV, and comfortable seating. Steps away, the full kitchen is sure to delight any chef! Here, cooking is made a breeze amongst stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and a breakfast bar. You'll find a Keurig machine and plenty of pots, pans, and baking dishes for all cooking and baking adventures. When you aren't utilizing the dining table inside, dine alfresco in the enclosed backyard.

With four bedrooms to sprawl out in, rest assured that everyone's satisfaction is guaranteed. Each of the rooms has been adorned with high-quality linens, ample storage space, and central air-conditioning, plus two of the rooms have smart TVs. There is a crib/bassinet for those traveling with little ones, and one of the rooms even has a work desk - ideal for remote work projects! When you aren't hanging out in your own private space, head for the family room, complete with a game table, foosball table, and plush seating. Additional interior perks include a soaking tub, a separate laundry room, and child gates for the stairs.

Under the warm Georgia sun, curate some of your favorite memories on the covered patio and play croquet in the grassy yard. When evening begins to near, flip on the twinkle lights and cheer to another vacation well-booked!

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This is an allergy and chemical-friendly home. Laundry detergent is provided to accommodate this sensitivity. Shoes are not permitted inside the vacation rental to keep the carpets free of allergens and dirt.
County code prohibits renting to more than two people not related to the owner or principal occupant. So a family of five is fine (they are all related to the principal occupant, who would have signed the rental agreement) but five unrelated individuals, even if they are part of a club or other group, is not. If you rent to one family, they can use the entire house – the principal occupant then becomes whoever signed the rental agreement.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
